I recently saw a video of a number of bystanders righting a vehicle
that had just crashed in order to save the driver. The first to arrive could
not even begin to move the heavy SUV, however, as more people joined the effort
and worked in unison they were able to save the occupant. Jesus was preaching
and the place was so crowded that no one else could get in. A man was very ill,
too ill to get to Jesus until four friends stepped up. Mark
2:5 “When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick
of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.” When we, the church, work
together in unity, even “the Gates of Hell cannot prevail against it.” There really is no greater power on earth than the
unified body of Christ (the local called out assembly of Holy Ghost filled
believers.) And therefore, no greater shame and sin than those
who would divide the body and hinder the mission of the Church. Come together,
forgive, “bear one another’s burdens and so fulfill the law of God.” With
God all things are possible!
